Allyson joined Meridia, a Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette (KBRS) company, as a Recruitment Coordinator after gaining valuable research experience within the Executive Search side-of-the-business. Her drive for excellence, research experience and professionalism has made her an asset to the Meridia team. Allyson is a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients alike where she continuously provides reliable and flexible support.

Allyson graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Commerce and minor in Psychology. She was an active member of the Student Administrative Council and played varsity volleyball and helped her team achieve a division title. In her final year at Mount Allison she was selected to participate in the North American Mobility Program to study Business Administration at Georgia Southern University in Georgia, USA.

Prior to joining Meridia, Allyson was able to apply her sales and marketing skills in the not-for-profit sector, retail environment and banking industry.

An avid traveller, Allyson has lived in various places in Canada, the USA, Japan and Spain. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with various organizations in her community including Dress for Success and FUSION. Allyson is currently a committee member of the FUSION GO Awards which celebrates young professionals who are inspiring change in Halifax.
