As senior consultant, Donna brings extensive industry experience and expertise to the Meridia Recruitment team, a Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette company. Although knowledgeable in all fields, Donna specializes in the placement of professionals in sales, marketing, facilities management, and industrial or manufacturing processing.

With an extensive background dealing with some of the largest and most influential companies in both the public and private sector, Donna understands the challenges facing today’s business leaders to find and keep employees who bring value, results, passion, commitment and talent to work every day. 

Her previous experience spans various senior sales and marketing, management and leadership roles; however she is best known for her compassionate, yet candid approach and ability to deliver the desired results. “Successful companies don’t hire people…they hire the right people, and it takes a lot of effort to find the right people. Donna gives back to the community by serving on a number of boards, participating in fund raising activities, providing both personal and business mentorship and supporting youth through organized athletics. As co-founder of Atlanticade Motorcycle Festival, Donna is able to help those less fortunate by donating proceeds of this annual event to a variety of local charities.  She is also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board of Directors, Networking Committee Chairman and was recognized as Chamber of Commerce “Volunteer of the Year”.

Donna lives in Moncton, New Brunswick with her husband and two children.
