Michelin's Global Leadership Program is a highly selective two-year rotational leadership development program designed to engage top talent and develop Michelin's next generation of leaders. The Global Leadership Program is designed specifically for high-potential, high-performing early career leaders who want to accelerate their growth and gain the unique perspective of having a broad based start to their Michelin career.

The Global Leadership Program puts you in the middle of the action -- in positions with unparalleled exposure to leaders, core businesses, and technologies. Participants will move through a variety of roles over two years, gaining experience in different functional areas of the business. These include industrial engineering, production management, supply chain, and customer experience. Development is also fostered through targeted training, mentoring, executive exposure, and networking. Over the duration of the program, participants are exposed to a rich set of development experiences, have the opportunity to make an impact, and gain the necessary experience to be placed into a leadership role upon successful program completion.

As the ideal candidate, you have a Masters Degree with three to seven years of previous relevant work experience and are interested in working and gaining work experience in different geographic locations. You have successful direct supervision or major project team leadership experience at work, community, or school. Strong analytical, problem solving, and business skills must be demonstrated. A successful Global Leadership Program participant has passion for excellence and leads people with excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic-thinking skills.
